The summer crop is almost gone and canning has begun. We are still making cheese and will have cheese and eggs out at the farm stand on the weekends.
So far the test taste favorites are Italian Herb cheese and Jalepeno cheese. They are both a farmers cheese made from creamy jersey cow’s milk. I like to use them on crackers, salads, and tacos.
